Dizziness Treatment

Dizziness is a symptom of menopause. Not all but some women face the problem of dizziness during menopause. During menopause dizziness is caused by lower level of estrogen and it can make changes in blood vessel as a result hot flashes can occur. Causes of dizziness in menopause may be the change in the mental condition or changes in the hormone level especially estrogen, which also play an important role in changing the moods. Dizziness can be caused by the less flow of blood to the brain region.

Symptoms of the dizziness are the feelings of false movement around you, headache and nausea, vomiting, problem in the nerve cells of ear or in tine fluid fill circular canals, dead feeling of toe and feet. These are some major causes of dizziness in menopause:

Blood Sugar:

High Blood Pressure:

High blood pressure in dizziness during the menopause is common. High blood pressure is the symptom of menopause, which can lead to the dizziness in some menopausal women.

Hormone:

Mostly women feel dizzy when they are going through the periods, menopause, perimenopause and pregnancy. This menopause system dizziness is because of the hormonal change in their body. But if a woman is suffering from low level of blood sugar, low blood pressure and taking low calorie diet then the dizziness may be the worst.

Anemia:

Many women have the problem of iron deficiency during their menopause. Result of iron deficiency is the incapability of having the certain level of the oxygen in the blood. Low oxygen level goes to the brain that causes the dizziness during menopause.

Migraine:

Migraine is often related with the dizziness in almost 15 % of women having menopause. In almost 25% patients it can cause a serious problem. In migraine the blood supply to some vessels going to the brain is lesser than the normal so the pain is unbearable some times. Anti depressant medicines and some other medicine like beta-blockers are useful for the treatment.

Thyroid Dysfunction:

At the age of 50 to 60 hypotherdism can happen in women. Hypotherdism is the dysfunction of a thyroid gland which can cause many other problems like weight gain, depression and dizziness. Inner body of a woman is very sensitive to the hormones secreted by the thyroid gland so changes in hormone can cause dizziness.
Medication:

Nearly almost every medicine has the side effects. Some medicine can cause dizziness like antidepressant medicines and low blood pressure medcines. If you will ask from the doctor he will suggest you to skip these medicines from your dose. There are some dizziness alternative treatments also available.

Conventional Approach:

Always take a diet, which is rich in proteins. Sometimes menopause dizziness can be faced because of hunger in some women. During menopause some hormonal changes occur in your body but if you take proper diet and water then most of the problems can easily be solved.

Complimentary Therapies:

Persistent dizziness treatment can be possible by using this therapy. Yoga and exercises are the best solution for almost all major diseases. These things are also helpful in dizziness.

Herbal Dizziness Treatment:

Some herbal treatment can also useful in the dizziness like Lavender (lilac) Oil is used for this purpose. Put some oil on your hand and inhale it, it will be helpful to reduce dizziness.
