Fatigue
Fatigue is the symptom of menopause. Mostly women feel lack of energy and they are tired at the age of 40 or more this is known as fatigue. Fatigue can disturb your daily routine, work, job and even your relationships. Fatigue can make you exhausted and you cannot perform your tasks.
The major cause of the fatigue is the insomnia, which is caused by the low level of estrogen in a woman’s body. Decreased estrogen level or lack of estrogen is the symptom of menopause.
